Pull d'Vagin - Rental information

If you are interested in a shop at Pull d'Vagin,here is the order of how to proceed:
Send an in-world notecard to Kol Catteneo, Wietje Montgolfier or Yabu Yifu or send an e-mail to rentals@pulldvagin.com:
- Your name
- Name of the shop
- Amount of prims you think you at least need
- Landmark to the mainshop.
- At least 3 pictures of items you make
Please do it all in a notecard, don not send seperate files.
After we receive your notecard we will add you to a waitinglist. When something comes available your request will be overviewed. As soon as we are able to accept your shop into the area one of our managers will contact you to show you the available space(s).

Pull d'Vagin - Rental pricing

You can pay the rent through the central rentalsystem, there are several spots where you can find the rentalsytem and pay your rent.

At this moment we have the following prices for the shoprentals at Pull d'Vagin:

Prices per prims per week:

25 prims - 500 L$
50 prims - 650 L$
100 prims - 1.250 L$
200 prims - 2.500 L$
400 prims - 5.000 L$
500 prims - 6.250 L$

Rules

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the area for any reason with no refund. For instance too many neighbour complaints, excessive lagging, harassing anyone in anyway.

Prim limits:
The rental system is able to count the amount of prims you use, the rental system can't enforce the limit. The rentalsystem and managers do regular spot checks and IM those that are over the limit. Prims are a valuable commodity in SL. Your limit will be strictly enforced.

Misc items:
The shop you build must be in the same style as the whole city is... if you're not sure ask a manager. So keep the design of your objects, posters etc so it will fit in it total. Placing a board on the outside of your shop is possible and allowed, but first contact a manager please.
No late payments! Payments/rentals are managed by the central rentalsystem. If you are out of town or unable to access your account, ask a friend to IM us and make payment on your behalf, and we will credit the rentalsystem for you.
No refunds.
No bling, moving objects, flashing objects or other peace disturbing things.
No solicitations to the residents or residents group (spam of any kind).
No guns or explosives.
No copied designs, the stuff you sell must be yours. It isnt allowed to copy in any way and sell it at our mall.
No scanners, sensors or scripts that may invade the privacy of others or lag the sim.
Enjoy yourselfs, please treat people hanging out there with respect. This is a happy place without any drama.
Do not build outside your assigned spot.

Shops are only for selling items in-world. So it's not allowed to use the shop for advertising or linking. It is offcourse allowed to just place a few items and setup a landmark box to your mainshop for example.

If you want to place / do something what you think that can apply to the above rules but also fits in the area. Please contact a manager, he/she will decide if it is allowed or not.

These rules may change at anytime with or without any notice. New rules and regulations will be updated on this website.
